Besides offering aquarium products, we also offer private consultations and maintenance programs for residential and commercial clients. Educational programs with living sea life are also available.
To keep a competitive edge in today’s market, the Aquarium Shoppe offers a variety of specialized aquatic foods and supplies, as well as a variety of up-to-date equipment that isn’t always offered to hobbyists in our area. We also carefully monitor online stores and work to keep our merchandise competitively priced. They are even in the process of creating an online store of their own to better serve their customers.

I was in public education for 16 years with most of those years spent teaching Science. Aquariums became a part of my classroom environment, and over a period of years people began asking me to develop and maintain their home or business saltwater and freshwater aquariums. After developing the aquarium and maintenance design business, I was given the opportunity to purchase the local aquarium store, Cichlids and Salt. I purchased the store in 2011 and have been remodeling the Aquarium Shoppe to better display our products as well as to provide and increased capacity for a greater diversity of both freshwater and saltwater livestock.
There are many things I enjoy about managing the Aquarium Shoppe. Interacting with customers and teaching them the steps to successful aquarium keeping, as well as researching new products and specialty foods, are definitely two of my favorites. I am so thankful to the clients and customers that so loyally support the store. I look forward to taking the time to talk with you and to share my years of expertise in the aquarium industry.
